How to request deletion

Email contact@plugpe.tech from the email address linked to your PlugPe account with the subject "Delete my PlugPe account". In the email, include the email address or phone number you used to sign in so we can find your account.

If you signed in with Google, you can also remove PlugPe's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings — but emailing us is still the way to delete the data PlugPe itself stores.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in record
• Your charging-point listings and their details
• Your booking requests and messages to hosts
• Reports you submitted

We delete or anonymise this data within 90 days of your request, as stated in our Privacy Policy.

What is kept

Payment and transaction records (for example, listing-fee payments) are kept for up to 3 years for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes, even after your account is deleted.

Favourites on your device

Your saved favourites are stored only on your phone and are never uploaded. Uninstalling the PlugPe app removes them.
